The PawRide Pro™ is designed for small to medium dogs and cats up to 33 lbs (15 kg). It works great for breeds like Maltipoo, Poodle, Shih Tzu, Beagle, Chihuahua, French Bulldog, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and similarly-sized pets. Not recommended for large breeds over 33 lbs.

Will it fit my car?

Yes. The adjustable nylon straps loop over headrest poles on the front and rear seats — a design that fits virtually all sedans, SUVs, hatchbacks, and pickup trucks. If your car has headrests (most do), it fits. No adapters or tools required.

How do I clean it?

For everyday dirt and fur, a quick wipe with a damp cloth is all you need — the waterproof outer layer makes cleanup effortless. For deeper cleaning, detach all straps and buckles first, then machine wash on cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Air dry to preserve the waterproof coating.

Is my dog safe during sudden braking?

The dog car seat creates a contained, enclosed resting area that prevents your dog from sliding off the seat. The anti-slip rubber base plus adjustable straps keep everything locked in place. For additional safety, hook your dog's regular harness or collar with the strap within the interior area.

1. Always install securely before use
Make sure all straps are tightly fastened to the headrests and seat anchors, and that the anti‑slip base is lying flat on the seat. Give the seat a firm tug in all directions before placing your dog inside - it should not slide, tip, or sag.

2. Use with a harness, not a collar
Attach the dog seat strap tether to a well‑fitted body harness. Never clip directly to a neck collar, as sudden stops can place dangerous pressure on the neck.

3. Do not exceed the weight limit
The seat is designed for pets up to 33 lbs / 15 kg. Overloading can cause the straps or frame to fail and may injure your pet.

4. Check ventilation whenever your dog is inside
Keep at least one mesh panel or opening unobstructed so air can circulate. Do not completely cover the seat with blankets or bags.

5. Do not leave pets unattended
This product is meant for short‑term travel and transport, not as a crate or long‑term kennel. Check on your dog regularly and never leave them alone in a parked car.
