We currently ship to customers in the United States. Our goal is to keep shipping simple and transparent.
Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
During peak periods (BFCM, major holidays), processing may take a little longer — we’ll communicate any unusual delays by email.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with reliable logistics providers to deliver your order from our fulfilment centres to your door. Typical delivery times:

These are estimates and not guarantees. Weather events, customs, and carrier delays can occasionally extend delivery times, especially during peak seasons.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Tracking can take 24–72 hours to start showing movement after you receive the number.

If tracking hasn’t updated after 5 business days, contact us at hello@gudpuppup.com and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an order is shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer, we are not responsible for lost packages.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we can reship it to a corrected address, but an additional shipping fee may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

Check with household members or neighbours

Check around your property (porch, side door, mailbox area)

Contact the carrier with your tracking number
If you still can’t locate the package after 3 business days, email us at hello@gudpuppup.com and we’ll help you open an investigation with the carrier. Resolution (replacement or partial refund) will be reviewed case‑by‑case based on carrier findings.
Pre‑Orders & Out‑of‑Stock Items
If a product is listed as a pre‑order or back‑order:

If you prefer split shipments (available only in some cases), contact us — additional shipping fees may apply
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For US customers, customs duties are typically included in the price or shipping method we use. If any unexpected fees arise, contact our support team with details and we’ll review on a case‑by‑case basis.
